no matter what your age, you'll enjoy the michigan firehouse museum. walk through the city's original firehouse, learn about the history of firefighting and see historical fire apparatus. don't forget to check out our Calendar.

the museum comprises an original 1898 firehouse plus a new 12,000 square foot exhibit area with 20 historical fire rigs and lots of other firefighting equipment & memorabilia

 IT'S ALWAYS a great time to visit the museum! we're close by, open 6 days a week with modest admission fees

We are located in the Historic District of Ypsilanti - just up the street from Depot Town with shops, restaurants, the Automotive Heritage Museum and close to the Ypsilanti Historical Museum
